Budget Car Rentals

March 31st, 2008 by healthiswealth

Using budget car rentals could be the way to enjoy an independent vacation; getting around by taxi is ok, providing you don’t mind waiting or the expensive fares! The problem is finding a company that doesn’t rent budget cars, you know, the sort that sound like they should be mowing the lawn. Always be prepared, that is my motto, you do not have to drive a car that should have been scrapped just because you want to save a few dollars on the rental. Now that I have you concerned, I am going to give you a few points to look for when arranging a rental car.

I have found that budget car rental using the internet as a resource is a good way to find a low cost car because some sites let you set a limit on what you are prepared to pay. Often the site will not only get you the best deal but may even throw in an unlimited mileage just to get the deal. Look for package deals, fly-drive-stay, or fly-drive, most of these packages give great discounts for rentals, but don’t do it with an airline. Most people landing at an airport rush off to the car rental counters not realizing that these are not the most cost efficient places to rent a car and it is the same for their online business as well.

There are some excellent budget car rental deals on the internet that can give you a great bargain. Often the discounts you are offered are only available to online customers. If you see an offer that looks good, you do not have to take the first one that comes your way because if one car rental company has a special offer on, then they probably won’t be the only one. The biggest benefit to all this is it can take only a few minutes to do this if you are using the internet.

Another thing to ask is whether your credit card company has negotiated special discounts with the budget car rental company you are going to use. If you are a member of the military or government, you may be eligible for discounts negotiated with a number of rental companies on your behalf.

You would be wise to inspect your rental car before you drive off as you may find minor collision damage from previous renters which you do not want to pay for when you return. For you own peace of mind and financial well-being, check out all the vehicles controls and make sure everything that is fitted works so you won’t have to pay for something that was faulty when you drove it away.

Now we pass the subject of protection because sometimes your own car policy will cover the rental car insurance required. Check this out before you take out any additional cover from the rental firm. Even though rental car insurance isn’t going to cost you a fortune, there is no point in paying it if you are already covered; whatever the situation, insurance is always required when you rent a car.

So don’t think that it isn’t an important aspect either because insurance is still required by law.

ARE YOU WASTING OR INVESTING YOUR TIME?

March 5th, 2008 by healthiswealth

Time is the most precious value we have. Time is the greatest equalizer of human beings. It doesn’t matter if you are rich or poor, healthy or sick, you will only have 24 hours a day either way, and you should try to use them wisely.

Most of the time, we waste our time and energy worrying and thinking about things like how to win more money and how to live a better life. Well, when we do this we usually forget about the most important thing – the time to live our life in. A wise man will always tell you: “You can always make more money, but you can never buy more time”.

How many times are we aware of the ways we invest our time? And the word “investment” is the most accurate because the way we choose to spend our time is a true investment in ourselves and our own lives. And you will never find the true value of time in the way people around you act and talk.

People usually spend time for hours in front of the TV, some of us even try to steal more time with the cost of many healthy sleep hours. If you wake up earlier in the morning just to smoke a few cigarettes and to fill your self up with coffee so you won’t feel sleepy it doesn’t mean you won quality time. Also, inefficient work or spending more hours at work than you have to is equal to borrowing your life to someone else.

Everyone always says things like: “I’m just counting the hours to go home” or “I wish it were Friday” on a Monday and so on. These are just signs that those persons usually waste their time. If you organize your time efficiently and if you choose to do only activities that motivate you somehow, then you will find yourself able to work everyday without feeling tired or sleepy.

At any moment that you just let time pass by you think about what the Romans said:”Carpe Diem” – it has a great meaning for our everyday life, it means “Live the day” or better said “Organize your day”. Make more time to analyze the way you invest or waste your time. And never forget that you can’t tell anything about tomorrow so “Carpe Diem!”

Breathing - easiest method for Relaxation

March 4th, 2008 by healthiswealth

Stress is the curse of living in modern times. Everyone suffers from stress. And the stress we suffer takes a heavy toll on our bodies, emotions and minds.

Feeling stressed out, worn out by fatigue or just simply having a miserable day, the best thing to do is relax.

Watching television may be a form of relaxation for some, but is not a recommended method by experts. When we watch TV we are bombarded with commercials, ads, sounds and images. So how do we achieve relaxation? If there are thousands of ways we can get stressed, one of them is not meeting deadlines, there are also many ways we can relax.

In recent studies, experts have determined that heart disease is linked to anger and irritability is linked to mental stress. Too much stress brings about ischemia that can lead to or cause a heart attack. Relaxation takes on added importance in light of this matter. Managing your anger and attitude is significant to a healthy heart, and relaxation can help you manage stress.

One way of relaxation is transcendental meditation. Recent studies have also shown that this method might reduce artery blockage, which is a major cause for heart attack and stroke. People practice transcendental meditation by repeating uttering soothing sounds while meditating, this is to achieve total relaxation. The researchers found that practitioners of transcendental meditation significantly reduced the thickness of their arterial wall compared with those who didn’t practice transcendental meditation.

Another study on another method of relaxation, acupuncture, seems to reduce high blood pressure by initiating several body functions for the brain to release chemical compounds known as endorphins. Endorphin helps to relax muscles, ease panic, decrease pain, and reduce anxiety.

Yoga is also another method for relaxation and may also have similar effects like acupuncture. In another study, participants were subjected to several minutes of mental stress. Then they were subjected to various relaxation techniques, such as listening to nature sounds or classical music. Only those who did Yoga significantly reduced the time it took for their blood pressures to go back to normal. Yoga is a form of progressive relaxation.

Breathing is one of the easiest methods to relax. Breathing influences almost all aspects of us, it affects our mind, our moods and our body. Simply focus on your breathing, after some time you can feel its effects right away.

Another great way of relaxation is getting a massage. To gain full relaxation, you need to totally surrender to the handling and touch of a professional therapist.

These relaxation techniques are just some of the ways you can achieve relaxation.  Another reason why we need to relax, aside from lowering blood pressure in people and decreasing the chances of a stroke or a heart attack, is because stress produces hormones that suppress the immune system, relaxation gives the immune system time to recover and in doing so function more efficiently.

Relaxation lowers the activities within the brains’ limbic system; this is the emotional center of our brain.

Furthermore, the brain has a periodic need for a more pronounced activity on the right-hemisphere. Relaxation is one way of achieving this.

Relaxation can really be of good use once a relaxation technique is regularly built into your lifestyle. Choose a technique that you believe you can do regularly.

Happy as You Want to Be

March 3rd, 2008 by healthiswealth

Almost everyone has heard the hit single ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferrin’s simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the better things ever said is - ‘The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change’, and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along well

Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also healthier.

To be happy is relatively easy, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook can be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this.

Being grateful is a great attitude.  We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can’t start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.

Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. Time management can be viewed  as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh heartily everyday.  Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -’Laughter is the best medicine’.

Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep pent up anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday.  Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons and could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln, he says that, "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

Impossible is Just a Word

March 2nd, 2008 by healthiswealth

Everyone, at some point of his or her life, has dreamed of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn’t fantasized about being the one who hits the game-winning homer? Who hasn’t dreamed of being the homecoming queen? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy with our relationships?

Often, we dream big dreams and have great aspirations. Unfortunately, our dreams remain just that – dreams. And our aspirations easily collect dust in our attic.

This is a sad turn of events in our life. Instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self actualization, we get caught up in the humdrum of living from day-to-day just barely existing.

But you know what? Life could be so much better, if only we learned to aim higher.

The most common problem to setting goals is the word impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can’t do this. It’s too hard. It’s too impossible. No one can do this.

However, if everyone thought that, there would be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment.

Remember that scientists were baffled when they took a look at the humble bumblebee. Theoretically, they said, it was impossible for the bumblebee to fly. Unfortunately for the bumblebee no one has told it so. So fly it does.

On the other hand, some people suffer from dreaming totally outrageous dreams and not acting on them. The result? Broken dreams, and tattered aspirations.

If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible. If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find yourself clinging on to the impossible dream.

Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life. Under one header, list down things ‘you know you can do’. Under another header, write the things ‘you might be able to do.’ And under one more, list the things that are ‘impossible for you to do.’

Now look at all the headers strive every day to accomplish the goals that are under things ‘you know you can do’. Check them when you are able to accomplish them. As you slowly are able to check all of your goals under that heading, try accomplishing the goals under the other header-the one that reads ‘you might be able to do.’

As of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you can move the goals that are under things that are ‘impossible for you to do’ to the list of things ‘you might be able to do.’

As you iterate through this process, you will find out that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish. And the impossible begin to seem possible after all.

You see, the technique here is not to limit your imagination. It is to aim high, and start working towards that goal little by little. However, it is also unwise to set a goal that is truly unrealistic.

Those who just dream towards a goal without working hard end up disappointed and disillusioned.

On the other hand, if you told someone a hundred years ago that it was possible for man to be on the moon, they would laugh at you. If you had told them that you could send mail from here to the other side of the world in a few seconds, they would say you were out of your mind. But, through sheer desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities.

Thomas Edison once said that genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. Nothing could be truer. For one to accomplish his or her dreams, there has to be hard work and discipline. But take note that that 1% has to be think-big dream, and not some easily accomplished one.

Ask any gym rat and he or she will tell you that there can be no gains unless you are put out of your comfort zone. Remember the saying, “No pain, no gain”? That is as true as it can be.

So dream on, friend! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to attain those dreams. As you step up the ladder of progress, you will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible.

How to Make $1,000’s Weekly with a Health Internet Business of Your very Own

March 1st, 2008 by healthiswealth

Wise Online Entrepreneurs know that the best selling products online are health products and health-related ebooks, books, tapes, newsletter subscriptions, etc.

Now World famous Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst has just released her latest "shocker!" that makes it possible for just about anyone to profit from this fact.

She’s making it possible for someone to get a fully-operational online "store" that specializes in "health-related" goods and services.

Literally now anyone can get a complete Internet "health" business in a box!

This complete website has a main product as well as up to 17 separate products that all center around breakthrough health products. And where YOU can earn some really HUGE CASH!

It seems that Dr. Suzanne has really done her homework (especially for YOUR benefit!)

First she correctly determined that according to Forrester Research (which is perhaps the most powerful & accurate online research database to date!) "health-related" products and information is by far the most sought after things anywhere online.

Nope! — Despite what you might have thought, "sex," "porn," and "UFOs" are NOT the most searched for items on the Internet (but "health stuff" is hands down!)

Second, Dr. Suzanne’s "Top Secret Fat Loss Secret" shook the entire World with its release recently - and she’s even made a special lead-capture page that you also get central to this amazing site!

Why is this important?

Simple: because Dr. Suzanne’s affiliates are making millions right now with what is perhaps one of ClickBank’s HOTTEST products (and this same product is the central seller at your new health e-Biz site!)

Third, the site you get also acts as a "database" that never stops growing so that you get 10,000’s of customers you can continue to sell to over and over again other things!

Why is this important?

Again, very simple: anyone who’s wise online knows that "backend" sales are chief to making long term and extra profits!

Dr. Suzanne’s NEW "Health Biz In a Box" complete and fully-operational website you get for next to nothing contains an electronic "Automatic Sales Manager" (like a salesman robot - Ha!) built-in that works to upsell to your list over and over again so that you enjoy additional "automatic" income!

Fourth, Dr. Suzanne health-biz site also includes a complete health-related products Shopping Mall so that your site visitors stopping by are likely to buy at least 1 to up to 17 additional products creating instantly for you up to over a dozen other income streams!

This way you get the "most bang for your buck" so to speak!

As if all this weren’t enough, the fifth (and perhaps the very best) thing about this automatic seller is the tiny spokesmodel "Rachel" that literally walks out onto your Health-Biz site and guides your site visitors (like a tour guide) through your entire site and what it has to offer!

Dr. Suzanne carefully tested the site both WITH and WITHOUT "Rachel" and accurately determined that the addition of "Rachel" boosted sites sales by as much as 396% (meaning nearly 4 times as many sales!)

Dr. Suzanne believes that having the spokesmodel adds credibility as well as an informative approach to the site so that it generates a much higher "conversion-to-sales" ration at large.

And ALL these amazing features stand to make YOU very, very rich as you get all of them with your own "Health Biz In a Box" website!

If any of this floats your boat, then I highly recommend you get over to:

=>> http://savespro.healthebiz.hop.clickbank.net

…and because rumor has it that Dr. Suzanne may put a ceiling on the number of these Internet "health-biz" sites she’s giving out in order to avoid everyone having one and risking market saturation.

Already people securing theirs have had nothing but great things to say about this:

"I’m so happy with mine! … Having this site professionally set up by Dr. Suzanne’s Team for us was the greatest thing we ever did! … the site literally is just pouring money into our pockets even while we’re doing other things, vacationing, and even crashing out!"

                        -Cynthia Conrad,

Atlanta

,

Georgia

"I never knew that making money online could be so easy!"

                        -Richard Bosworth, SLC,

Utah

"Health stuff is the real way to make money online easily … everybody sooner or later has to have it!"

                        -Carla Dupree,

Boise

,

Idaho

"I’m making about $6,000 a week with mine … and this after failing on the Net for nearly 10 years trying to sell everything else!"

                        -Jason Herman,

San Dimas

,

CA

"$500 a day is what this biz is shoving in my pocket! I even went out of town for nearly two weeks and my health biz site completely ran itself!"

                        -Michael Sorbowski,

Mason

,

Ohio

As you can see by these people’s comments, everyone grabbing their own automatic health-products Internet business is raking in the cash! (And now you can too!)

Just grab yours now simply by going to:

=>> http://savespro.healthebiz.hop.clickbank.net

I guess I should have added above that not only do you get all the things I’ve described thus far, but you also get professional customized set up at no extra charge!

That’s right! - Dr. Suzanne’s own Team of web experts actually build your "Health Biz" for you so you don’t have to!

They:

- design your site

- put all the 17 income streams into place

- install the electronic sales manager for you

- add sharp selling graphics

- add powerful videos

- add several other webpages

- and a complete online shopping mall of health products!

All so that you can earn big income online and while you sell product that help people and that you can be very proud to sell.

So all in all this is perhaps one of the BEST instant online ventures worth your time.

Get your now before the ceiling number is reached and maxed out…

February 27th, 2008 by healthiswealth

Because usually in the morning you are in a rush, maybe breakfast is the last on the list of your priorities. Or maybe it isn’t there at all. Breakfast is a very important meal that your body needs. In order to make breakfast give you power and strengths it has to be rich in sugar and low on fats. A proper diet must be firstly equilibrated. A Little More About Body Temperature

February 26th, 2008 by healthiswealth

As you may have learned, your body temperature is really an internal clock that keeps us awake and sleeping at certain times.

It’s also extremely important to understand that the rise and drop of body temperature is a hint for our body to produce the feelings of being awake or being tired.

Whenever your body temperature begins to fall, you will feel tired, lethargic, and drowsier. Whenever your body temperature rises, you will feel more energetic, alert, and be able to focus better.

Don’t mistake the fall of body temperature at certain times during the day as the need to sleep. Your body temperature may rise and drop several times in the day as a response to the activities you’re doing at the time.

Whenever you put big physical demands on your body your body temperature will rise above the norm. As a response to any intensive physical activity, the body temperature drops for a while as soon as you stop the activity.

For example, if you work an 8 hour shift at a job that requires intense activity, one might feel totally drained and ready to fall asleep when you come home at around

4 PM

. What you’ll actually find is that this feeling of tiredness is not a sincere desire to sleep, but rather a response from your body due to the drop of body temperature.

If you resist sleeping at this moment and provide a “wind-down” period for your body after this period, body temperature will return to normal and you will feel alert again.

In the Powerful Sleep plan I would suggest that you nap for 10-45 minutes during your day to physically recharge yourself, it’s ideal to take this nap when you experience this body temperature drop as it will help you sleep. Always limit your naps to 45 minutes to avoid entering deep sleep.

After you wake up from your power nap it’s normal to feel lethargic or drowsy, this is because your melatonin levels are higher. Get as much high intensity light as possible the moment you wake up, and make sure to MOVE your body to get your body temperature up and running again.

If you currently live a very sedentary lifestyle, your body temperature will drop very often when you’re sitting around on your butt or watching TV, so if you feel tired during the day understand it’s not because you need more sleep. It’s because you need LESS SLEEP and MORE MOVEMENT!
